HOPEFULLY finished.
I work on this picture so much because this is one of the only ones I think is a step towards getting better.
This girl, however unreal she may be, has been a big insperation.
I know the legs are funky but it's when I started to step out of my slump.
even though I have lost my patience with the picture so many times to the point I threw my pencil down once, I continued to try to fix it.
Please help fix the fixed picture.

Wow, there was a lot of critique in that first comment! After reading and relooking at the pic I would possibly kinda agree that there might be a little bit of a jump from the hips to the legs, but I accounted that to the stuff under the skirt. It looks like a lot of...dang, can't remember the word...fluffy stuff under the skirt, which I assumed is what you were going for. I think it looks just fine, though. I think it works well. The only thing that I could come up with as why the legs REALLY look funny is the same as that person said about the legs at the bottom of the page. It looks like the girl would not have short legs, so they get a little too skinny too fast at the very bottom. It looks as if we're looking at the top of her achilles tendon there and that her ankles should start right below the page. Overall, I think it's a nice drawing.
